Frida and Bluebeard
Let's talk about the film this week and finish up discussing Bluebeard. Are there ways we can connect the two? For instance, both are biographies. How do the two texts show the passage of time? Also both deal w/ issues of politics amidst the biographical detail. What kind of connections can you make between the personal and political? You also might try to find other images of Kahlo's beside the ones we viewed in class last week and post them here on the blog.

well for both, i can say that they do have some similarities b/w them but for most of it, i cant really compare the two. for sure i know that they want to pursue there their art work and that they being through a parent die and also relationship wise. but only one has indite with themselves.
