shield of achillies
its like what i was saying in my last post, the "shield of achillies" capture a man walking his donkey and if you look in the water it looks like if there is a war going on at the bootom in the water. that is what i was saying in my first post, is that these forms of painting often have some form of mayhem in them, so i must conclude that ekphrasis involved mayhem and blood shed.
