As I said in class, any entries you make from now until 9/04 will be optional (I'll give you extra credit). From 9/05 until the end of the semester, you will write AT LEAST two paragraphs per week on the blog and read everyone else's entries.
For this week, feel free to make entries about anything related to writing or reading that you would like. For instance, what was your experience like in EN101 or high school English? What is your experience reading and/or writing the kinds of texts you usually encounter in a Literature class (poems, fiction, plays)? Have you ever been to an art gallery or museum? Where? Why? What was it like? Do you know the painting that Monica Youn refers to in her poem, "Stealing The Scream"? You can see what it looks like @
